Volunteers Deeply Appreciated

At Sarasota Meditation and Art Center, we rely on volunteers and donations to be able to provide our services to the community. All our on-going practice events are free to the public. Any help you can provide is deeply appreciated. Keep in mind that you can volunteer your time and expertise during events.

The following volunteer position areas where we would welcome your help:

Volunteer Coordinator 1
-Organize volunteers for all positions and events
Shrine Keeper 2
-Be responsible to clean, setup and close the shrine at each event
-Flower and shrine arrangements at large events
Photographer 2
-Photos and videos at events
Shrine room Host 2
-Oversee the environment, help direct and welcome people where needed.
Social Media and Events Coordinator 1
-Social media posts/ sharing
-FB events page for special events and marketing
-Event Partnership Development
Website support 1
-Updating, website link social media, analysis
Bookkeeping 1
Hosting Visiting Teachers 3
-Offering meals, housing, driving etc
